I absolutely love my new speakers – the sound quality is amazing! But there’s one major headache: they keep disconnecting constantly [facepalm][facepalm]. Just hitting the power button does nothing – I have to completely unplug and restart them every single time. Talk about annoying, especially for someone like me who even needs background music while picking out an outfit! Could this be my WiFi acting up, or is it the speakers themselves??

I feel your pain! I recently had the same issue with my Beosound 2. After trying all the troubleshooting steps in the article, what finally worked for me was resetting the speaker completely (long press on the power button). It’s such a relief when it stays connected!
