1人行道
无障碍设计要求我们确保人行道与车行道等路面没有高差。坡道的坡度也需要合理,不得太陡。
全宽式单面坡缘石坡道的坡度不应大于1:20,而三面坡缘石坡道的坡度不应大于1:12。此外,坡道的宽度应与人行道宽度相匹配,确保通行的便利性。
转角处,缘石坡道的坡口宽度不应小于2米。更重要的是,缘石坡道的地面必须经过防滑处理,避免积水,且与路缘石坡道的道路坡度不应大于1:12(7.14%)。
2盲道
盲道的设计中,我们需要确保其表面具有防滑性,并且在颜色或材质上与相邻的人行道有明显差异。
此外,盲道应具有连续性,避开树木、电线杆或拉线等障碍物。其他设施严禁占用盲道。
3道路广场
过街人行道路口应设有缘石坡道、提示盲道、路口过街斑马线,以确保轮椅可以通行。

在条件允许的情况下,可以采用3D立体绘制斑马线、智慧过街斑马线等形式进行提示。如果需要设置车辆阻止设施,应确保设施间距满足轮椅的通行需求。
此外,路口过街信号灯应合理设置低位按钮,按钮离地面高度应在0.9米到1.1米之间。在人流密集的城市道路接驳处,人行横道应配置过街音响提示装置。如果过街人行道的距离较长,应设置能够让轮椅通行的安全岛。
4立体过街
与城市道路接驳处的人行天桥和人行地下通道,应设有安全梯道、轮椅坡道,并在条件允许的情况下设置无障碍电梯及设置无障碍标识。
对于满足轮椅通行需求的人行天桥和地下通道,应设置坡道,当设置坡道有困难时,应设置无障碍电梯。坡道的净宽度不应小于2米,坡道的坡度不应大于1:12。
