Seriously, this is driving me nuts! The volume control panel at the top just decided to quit on me out of nowhere—no matter how much I poke or swipe, it’s completely dead. When I reached out to the official customer support, guess what? This brand doesn’t even offer nationwide coverage—just store warranties that vary between two and three years depending on the shop.
The seller quoted me around 3k for repairs and basically told me to live with it. I even went through the hassle of swapping its faceplate for a festive one, secretly hoping for some miracle fix—no such luck!
