除了视障和听障以外，还有更多更直观的身障者。身障者所面临的困境往往是我们一眼就能看穿的，或许使用着轮椅，或许拄着拐，或许是别的什么情况。
很多快递柜都如图所示⬆️，不仅高，而且为了防潮还会放在离地面几个台阶的更高处。这样的快递柜对于很多人来说都不方便，更别提坐轮椅的残障人士了。
对于要取快递的残障者来说，取快递真是一个大麻烦，也就不怪会有轮椅使用者宁可多花一些钱也要选择由快递员直接送货。
但你以为让直接送对轮椅使用者来说就完全没有问题了吗？下面就听听一位轮椅使用者与快递员“斗智斗勇”的叙述吧：
🔹我自己坐轮椅没法下楼取件，所以大部分时间都选择顺丰到付，然而这次的店家不接受发顺丰只得作罢。当快递员电话联络让我下楼取件时，我让七十多岁的姥姥下楼取件，结果二十多分钟后姥姥才回来，说没有找到快递员。这时快递员又打来电话说他到了，让我取件。那你提前那么久让我下楼取快递是在消遣我？我忍着怒气客客气气的协商，先打感情软牌：阐明自己是坐轮椅，姥姥下四楼已经等了二十多分钟，老年人腿脚本来也不利索，这次能不能给我送上楼一下。但是快递员干净利落地表示不存在送上楼这个操作。软的不成那我就来硬的，我当即对他说“提前二十分钟打电话这件事我和你们总部反应也不好吧？”但人还真就软硬不吃，冷冷道你爱怎样怎样。我只能眼含热泪默默拨通了投诉电话，不一会轻轻地叩门声传来，我从屋内遥遥望去，还能看到那张略带窘迫和尴尬的面容说着道歉的话…我不由得感慨一句：顺丰大法好。（顺丰快递直接送到人，但会略贵一点）🔹
小编我也使用轮椅，同样面临上面的问题。对于放到快递柜里的快递，我从不予理睬，直接让别人取（所以直到今天我都不知道用快递柜取快递到底是一种什么体验）；如果快递被寄到菜鸟驿站我才会去取，但是菜鸟驿站比较远，我很不方便去，所以我跟驿站的人说好了，以后我直接打电话人家就给我送来。这就是个不错的办法，除双十一、双十二这类购物节之外，我只要打电话然后等人送就行
每个人的身体情况不同，需要的服务也就不同。对于听障者来说，快递柜也许是一种不错的选择，但对于视障和身障者来说，由快递员直接送货就是一种好办法。如果做一种低位的有盲文和语音提示的“无障碍快递柜”基本就可以满足所有人的需求了。我也挺想体验一次在快递柜里取快递，希望有一天能用上吧
